i have never seen this! my guess grand river between was-flats and the hamster cage but i could only guess. nice pic kenz!
ooh in further inspection my guess is either under the farmlane bridge between The rock and shaw OR the bridge leading from the library toward the stadium. I am going with farmlane bridge
